Claiming your artist profile or registering yourself

Already in the agenda? Claim your profile. Not listed yet? Sign up. The agenda team looks at it within 24 hours.

We build artist profiles from the line-ups in the agenda. If you are the artist, you can claim your profile, or sign yourself up if you are not listed yet. Once approved, you manage your page yourself.

How it works

  • Log in and go to partyppl.nl/artiest/aanmelden, or tap Is this you? Claim your profile on your artist page.
  • Type your artist name. If the profile exists, you claim it. Otherwise you sign up a new artist with genre, country, city, bio, links and a profile photo.
  • Fill in How can we tell this is you?, for example with a link to a post from your own Instagram, your booking mail or your agency.
  • Send it with Send claim or Send sign-up.

Our agenda team looks at it within 24 hours. Under Your requests you see the status: In review, Approved or Rejected. You hear from us once it is decided.

After approval

You manage your page at partyppl.nl/artiest/beheer:

  • Bio, links, photo, agency or booking office and booking e-mail
  • Videos and sets: paste the link of a set, clip or aftermovie from YouTube, SoundCloud or Mixcloud
  • Personal details: you can hide your real name and date of birth that come from MusicBrainz and Wikidata

Changing your name goes through a new request with a note. Upcoming gigs come from the line-ups, which organisers manage.

Not working?

  • Signing up only works after the 18+ check.
  • Links must be on that platform's official domain.
  • If the form says the artist already exists, claim that profile instead of creating a new one.
