Posting an event: free, and checked within 24 hours

Posting costs nothing: no subscription and no set-up fee. What organisers and visitors post themselves is checked by the agenda team before it goes online.

As an organiser

• Create your organisation at partyppl.nl/organiser/start with a name, your KvK or VAT number for verification and a short bio. You agree to the organiser terms and the data processing agreement.
• Our team then checks your organisation. You can submit events straight away.
• Create an event at partyppl.nl/organiser/nieuw and tap Indienen voor moderatie (submit for moderation).
• Your event is then In moderatie. It is usually live within 24 hours; you get an e-mail and a notification.

The roles Eigenaar (owner), Beheerder (admin) and Marketing can submit events. The organiser portal is in Dutch.

Without an organisation

Is a party missing? Submit it at partyppl.nl/aanmelden. You do not have to be the organiser, but you do need to be logged in. A link to the page of the club, the promoter or the ticket shop is enough; without a link we do not process it. We read that page straight away, the agenda team checks it and you get a notification when it is in the agenda.

Good to know

• Many parties are already listed: events from the public agendas of clubs, festivals and ticket platforms come in automatically. If your event is already there, create your organisation and claim the event. We link it to your account instead of making a second one.
• If the team has doubts about the venue or the line-up, we ask you something and it takes longer.
• If your venue is not listed yet, add it in the form. Our team creates it, usually within 24 hours.
• If you see that the party is already in the agenda or in the queue, there is nothing more to do.
• Selling tickets through PartyPPL is optional. If you link to your own shop, you pay us nothing. The rates are in the portal under Tarieven.
