Buying tickets: how to pay and what the service fee is
You buy tickets on the event page with Get tickets. You pay with iDEAL | Wero or a card, and in the browser also with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
If the organiser sells through PartyPPL, you pay with us. If they sell through their own shop, Get tickets takes you to that shop and their price and terms apply.
How to buy
- Log in. Buying only works after the 18+ check.
- On the event page tap Get tickets and pick a ticket type and the number.
- Got a promo code? Enter it at Promo code.
- Choose how to pay and complete the payment.
- Your tickets are then under Tickets: partyppl.nl/tickets
Payment methods
- Pay with iDEAL | Wero
- Pay by card
- Apple Pay and Google Pay, in a regular browser on a device that has them. They show above the other buttons, and Stripe's payment page offers them too.
In the PartyPPL app for iPhone, iPad and Mac you pay by card or iDEAL | Wero. We do not offer Bancontact, Klarna or SEPA direct debit.
Service fee
Per ticket you pay a service fee of €0.99 plus 2% of the ticket price. The price you see on the site already includes it. The buy screen shows ticket price, service fee and total separately. Example: a €20.00 ticket costs you €21.39. In an organiser's own shop, that shop's price applies.
Note: a ticket for a set date has no cooling-off period. If you cannot go yourself, you can resell it or pass it on.
Something went wrong?
- Money taken but no ticket, or paid twice? Contact us with your order number or the e-mail address you paid with. You still get your ticket or your money back.
- Please ask us before asking your bank to reverse the payment. It is quicker with us.
