Tickets and payments

• Buying tickets: how to pay and what the service fee isYou buy tickets on the event page with Get tickets. You pay with iDEAL | Wero or a card, and in the browser also with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
• Your ticket in Apple Wallet and the QR code at the doorYour ticket and its QR code are under Tickets. On an Apple device you can also add it to Apple Wallet. At the door the code is scanned once.
• Reselling or passing on your ticketCan't make it? Put your ticket on resale at face value, or pass it on to a friend for free. Making a profit is not allowed.
• Event cancelled or postponed: your ticket and your moneyIf an event is cancelled you get everything back, service fee included, without doing anything. If it is postponed your ticket stays valid.
