Reselling or passing on your ticket
Can't make it? Put your ticket on resale at face value, or pass it on to a friend for free. Making a profit is not allowed.
A ticket you bought through PartyPPL can be resold or passed on. You do both under Tickets: partyppl.nl/tickets
Reselling
- Tap Put on resale next to your ticket.
- The price is the list price of the ticket type. Resale is only at face value; that is the house rule.
- As long as nobody has bought it, you take it back with Stop resale.
- People who have an Alert on for that event hear that a resale ticket is available.
- A ticket on resale does not work at the door, in Wallet neither.
The buyer pays the list price plus the service fee and gets a new QR code. Yours stops working.
Your money
You get the list price. The service fee you paid earlier is not refunded. How you get paid is shown at partyppl.nl/instellingen/uitbetalen. If automatic payouts are not switched on there yet, we transfer the amount by hand within 3 working days and ask for your bank account number by e-mail.
Passing on
- Tap Pass on next to your ticket.
- Pick a friend or enter an e-mail address. No account yet? The recipient logs in with that address and the ticket is waiting.
- Passing on is free and final. The recipient gets a notification, an e-mail and a new QR code; yours stops working.
No money goes with passing on. You arrange that yourselves.
When it is not possible
Not for a ticket that has been scanned, is already on resale, belongs to a cancelled or past event, was loaded by an organiser from another shop, or that we bought for you through Pre-Buy. To pass on a ticket that is on resale, stop the resale first.
